Depending on your enquiry, the information processed may include your name, company, email address, telephone number, message content and any documents you subsequently choose to provide.

The form sends this information by email to SEM Aérospatiale. It is not stored in a database operated by the website.

• responding to contact, repair and quotation enquiries;
• assessing technical feasibility and preparing a proposal;
• managing the business relationship.

Depending on the enquiry, processing is based on taking pre-contractual steps at your request and on SEM Aérospatiale’s legitimate interest in responding to and following up professional enquiries.

Information is accessible to authorised SEM Aérospatiale personnel and, where necessary to operate the services, to its email and hosting providers. Messages sent to contact@sem-tooling.com are processed by OVHcloud services and then forwarded to SEM Aérospatiale’s Google Workspace business mailbox. Google also acts as an audience measurement provider solely for visitors who accept it.

Data relating to an enquiry that does not lead to a contract is retained for no more than three years from collection or the last contact initiated by the person concerned. Where a contractual relationship begins, necessary data is retained for the duration of that relationship and then archived for the applicable statutory periods.

You may request access to, rectification or erasure of your data, restrict its processing or object to it where those rights apply. You may exercise these rights at contact@sem-tooling.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, the CNIL.

SEM Tooling uses Google Analytics 4, with measurement ID G-J7GWV7JG3N, to measure website traffic and useful interactions: pages viewed, successfully submitted forms, telephone or email clicks and language changes. Form content, names, email addresses and telephone numbers entered in the form are not sent to Google Analytics.

The Google Analytics tag is blocked until you accept audience measurement. Advertising storage, advertising user data and advertising personalisation remain denied. You can accept, refuse or withdraw your consent at any time through the “Manage cookies” link in the footer.

Your choice is stored locally for six months. If you accept, Analytics cookies are limited to thirteen months. User-level and event-level data is retained for no more than fourteen months in the Google Analytics property; some aggregated reports are not affected by this setting.
